At your first session, your condition will be is carefully assessed; including posture, joint ranges of motion, and other tests in order to have objective measurementsin determining your progress.
A detailed assessment of sources of tension (primary restrictions) is then performed and a plan of treatment is outlined,along with other supportive therapies and/or suggestions for home care.

A typical session is from 30 to 60 minutes.
